Chinese Cabbage (51%), White Radish (10%), Yellow Onion (9%), Sweet Pear (6%), Spring Onion (5%), Apple (5%), Garlic (4%), Salt (3%), Red Chili Powder (2%), Premium Anchovy Fish Sauce (2%), Rice Paste (2%), and Sugar (1%).

*Ingredients of Vegan Chinese Cabbage Kimchi:
Chinese Cabbage (49%), White Radish (11%), Yellow Onion (10%), Sweet Pear (7%), Spring Onion (5%), Apple (5%), Garlic (4%), Salt (4%), Red Chili Powder (2%), Rice Paste (2%), and Sugar (1%).

*Ingredients of Diced Radish Kimchi:
Salted White Radish (70%), Sweet Pear (7%), Yellow Onion (6%), Apple (6%), Garlic (4%), Red Chili Powder (2%), Premium Anchovy Fish Sauce (2%), Rice Paste (2%), and Sugar (1%).

*Fresh Local Vegetables:
We are using fresh vegetables from Thailand to make Kimchi. Red Chili Powder from Korea, Chung Jung Won brand (청정원).

*We use less salt (3~4%) and less sugar (1%) to make Kimchi.

Q. How to store Kimchi?
A. Please always keep Kimchi in the fridge after the purchase even before the open. After open, store in the air-tight Lock & Lock food container and keep in the fridge.

Q. How long it will last?
A. Our Kimchi is best within 1 month of making and will be expired within 2 months of making.

Q. Is this Vegan?
A. No, we use Fish Sauce to make Kimchi. We do produce the Vegan Kimchi upon special request. If you would like to order, please kindly contact us and mention Vegan.
