How to cook Pan-fried Hairtail Fish

Hairtail Fish Product of Sunny Kimchi

Our product is ready to cook status. Just caught fresh fish in the morning by the fishermen-> Cleaned – > Cut to 4 pieces – > Salted by Premium Sea Salt from Korea in the drinking water – > Freeze – > Vacuum packaging – > Deliver to you.

How to cook Pan-fried Hairtail Fish in Korean Style

1. Prepare: Take our product out from the freezer.
2. Thaw: Put it in the bowl fully filled with tap water for 30 minutes.
(*Do not cut/remove vacuum-packaging before thawing.)

After 30mins, throw the water away & remove the packaging.
No need to wash it with water as it’s already cleaned but if you prefer, do so.
3-1. Pan-fry
Warm a large nonstick skillet with oil (about 20ml/0.7oz) over medium heat.
Place the piece of fish in the pan. Cook until golden brown on one side, about 4 minutes.
3-2. Pan-fry
Turn the fish over with a spatula, and cook until it feels firm to the touch, about 3 minutes more.
4. Serve
Transfer to a plate and serve as desired.
